I purchased this leather cover for my bible and I am pleased with the feel of the cover. It has pockets to keep my pens and extra papers, but yet small enough to handle easy.

I have been carrying my Kindle: Amazon's New Wireless Reading Device with me where ever I go. The problem I have had is that I wanted to protect the ports on it when it is in my purse. I didn't want one of the expensive travel cases and I wanted to be able to fit the Kindle, in its original cover (which is perfect for me with a small dot of velcro,) inside the case I finally found.
This zippered book (bible) cover is what I found. It is a little bit larger than the Kindle but that works in my favor because all my Kindle gadgets and necessaries fit in the case's extra pockets. Charger, earphones, clip-on light, extra battery, USB cable and screen wipe, etc. Since it is a book cover the Kindle, in its cover, slips snuggly inside one of the book flaps. Or I can just unzip one end and quickly slide the Kindle in. The outside of the case has a zipper pocket on one side that is the full length of the case which would easily hold a notepad. The other side has another zip pocket that runs the full width of the case. This side also has a good sized flap pocket that closes with velcro. It even has a handle. I purchased the Regular size: 6.5 X 9 X 2 inches.

I just received my Cover and I am very happy with the product that arrived. It is very well made and works perfectly for what I need. There is plenty of room to store any other items you may want to keep with your Bible. The shipping price was reasonable and arrived in only two days. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is a very discrete leather cover, that looks as if it could be nothing more than a planner for a business man or woman. This is great for those Catholics who don't like to wear their religion on their sleeves but would still like to read scripture in public places such as their commute to work.

For the price, this is a very good, snug bible cover for my personal sized bible. Most bible covers are too big and don't have a snug fit.
This cover is perfect for personal sized bibles. It has a nice, leather
exterior, and the interior holds the bible firmly. A great purchase.

had i paid more than $19 i'd been disappointed.
it is built well enough, it will last through the years...but the stitching is pretty horrible.
If it is supposed to look well made, it doesnt...it's more like patchwork or homemade...which may have been the goal, and thus worth the $14 to 19.
FYI: the picture's lighting is a little misleading...the black is solid black, not the worn look showing brown through the dye.
Dont get me wrong, I like it...it's just not what i expected from the photo and other "great" reviews.
Looks much better in the photo
